INGREDIENTS
For The Patties:
- 1 block (8 oz / 225g) tempeh, crumbled
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or rolled oats)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tbsp olive oil (plus extra for cooking)
- 1 tbsp ketchup or tomato paste
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
For Serving:
- Burger buns
- Toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.
- Condiments: ketchup, mustard, vegan mayonnaise, or your favorite sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the Tempeh:
